Gallagher Bassett UK has today announced the acquisition of Caytons Law LLP —a premier claims and legal solutions firm in the United Kingdom (UK) providing services to the insurance industry and to professional practices.

This strategic acquisition bolsters Gallagher Bassett’s robust portfolio in the UK, expanding the company’s existing recovery and niche legal solutions to also service pre-and-post defence litigation in financial lines.
