Leading global provider of risk and claims management services, Gallagher Bassett, has appointed industry leader, Manan Sagar, as the Chief Executive Officer of its United Kingdom (GB UK) operations. Building on more than 60 years in business, Gallagher Bassett continues to strengthen its position in the marketplace with significant growth, year after year.
Commenting on the appointment, Global President and CEO, Scott Hudson, said Manan’s appointment reflects the ongoing dedication and commitment of the organisation to serve the evolving needs of our clients.

Manan joins GB UK from Genesys, where he was the Global Head of Insurance – driving global coordination and improving customer and employee experiences. Prior to that, he held leadership positions at Fujitsu, Capita, Allied World, Lockton, and Willis. Early in his career he was an auditor at both Deloitte and KPMG and he’s a Qualified Chartered Accountant.
